The Country Catalogue delivers to destinations in England, Wales, & Scotland, usually next day for £4.50.
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles, 2-4 day delivery for £4.50.
We send our orders with either Fedex UK or Royal Mail.
Orders over £50 are sent free of carriage charges, to UK destinations.
If goods are in stock we aim to dispatch within 48 hours, however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Occasionally items may be out of stock; if your order is likely to take longer than 10 working days we will try to contact you.
Please contact us by email, fax or telephone if your goods have not been received or if you have not heard from us within this time.
Most goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
If you require goods to be delivered to an alternative address, i.e. work, or by a certain date, please let us know when you order.

Delivery charges to non UK addresses (including Southern Ireland) will vary according to destination and weight of the parcel. We do our best to obtain good rates and this is charged to the customer at cost. If you require a quote prior to ordering please contact us with your order details.
All prices on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) which applies to all EU countries.
VAT @ 20.0%* will be deducted at the time of order for those residing in countries outside the EU.

Any order can be returned for an exchange or refund provided we receive your purchase within 14 working days of receipt of goods, in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached, the original packaging and a completed returns form. Goods received after 14 days from receipt of goods may be eligible for a credit note or exchange at our discretion.
You may wish to send returned goods by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when returning goods are not refundable.
