Delivery & Returns

The Country Catalogue delivers to any destination in England, Wales & Scotland for £4.50. Scotish Highlands*, Scotish Islands*, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands deliveries are charged at £12 for orders under £100, (before carriage) and £14 for orders over £100.

We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours, however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Occasionally items may be out of stock, if your order is likely to take longer than 10 working days we will try to contact you.

Please contact us by email, fax or , telephone if your goods have not been received or if you have not heard from us within this time. All goods will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.
If you require goods to be delivered to an alternative address, i.e. work, please let us know when you order.

Export Orders

Delivery charges to non UK addresses will vary according to destination and weight of the parcel. We do our best to obtain good rates and this is charged to the customer at cost. If you require a quote prior to ordering please contact us with your order details.

All prices on this website include Value Added Tax (VAT) which applies to all EU countries.
VAT @ 17.5%* will be deducted at the time of order for those residing in countries outside the EU.

Returns Policy

Any order can be returned for a refund provided we receive your purchase within 10 days of delivery, in an unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. (Please note that the postage costs are not refundable).
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when returning goods are not refundable.
