At The Country Catalogue we aim to respond to all enquiries, comments or complaints within 3 working days. A member of our in-house customer service team will be in touch as quickly as possible.
Whilst our business is predominantly mail-order, many of our items are available to view, try-on and purchase in our showroom. Our store is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with extended shopping hours during seasonal periods. If you are visiting us with a particular item in mind, please call us to check stock levels in advance, to avoid disappointment.
